Day Trading While Working A 9-5 Job

Trading and working 9-5

So let’s talk about your 9-5 job for just a minute.

Does your 9-5 even satisfy you financially? I mean, sure, it probably pays the bills, but is there anything left to enjoy life? Or are you just wishing the next 14 days away so you can hurry and get your next paycheck, so you can, what? Pay more bills?

Before you get to excited there is something you need to know. Most people that attempt to trade will fail! I know this may be a bit of a downer but it’s the truth. Please read my disclaimer by clicking here.

In this week’s video, I’m going to share with you a trading strategy that can be applied to the financial markets, even if you have a 9-5 job.

Now, most people know that the stock market opens at 9:30 am and closes at 4 pm. If you are working a 9-5 job, then you are working the entire time the market is open. Maybe that’s even the reason you’ve been discouraged from trading in the past.

Well, I’m here to tell you that you aren’t alone. Many people are so discouraged by the stock market’s trading hours that they fail to recognize the opportunity after hours.

Did you know the Futures market opens at 6 pm and closes at 5 pm the next day, Sunday through Friday? That’s 23 hours a day, five days a week, which is a massive benefit over the stock market.

You may be saying, “Okay, sounds great, but what’s the catch?”

There is no catch! It really is that great!

As I mentioned earlier, in today’s video, I share a simple and effective four-step process, which I outline below.

Step 1: I use my Intraday Bias indicator to determine the direction that the market is likely to trade.

Step 2: I look for a candle or price bar to pullback

Step 3: I attempt to enter the market using a buy stop or sell stop order.

Step 4: Set my stop loss order.

Believe it or not, the hardest part of trading is the mental mindset. I firmly believe, however, knowing when and how to place trades is something you can learn in a short period of time.

After watching the video below, it’s my goal that you will have a better understanding of the potential of trading the market after normal market hours. And, if you find that you like the idea of trading the Asia session after work, then I suggest you start testing right away!

In closing, I would like to once again remind everyone about the FREE live streams hosted by myself each week. These live streams are an excellent opportunity for traders of all skill levels to ask questions and interact with me live. Again, this experience is entirely FREE to you. So if you haven’t already signed up, why are you waiting? Please fill out the form below to be notified before any of my future live streams.
